The Collected Mini Dress in Black is a short sleeve dress featuring a subtle blouson sleeve detail. The hem of the sleeve features soft elastic for a subtle gathered volume. A Tie Belt is included but this dress is versatile and can be styled with and without the belt. Wear loose, as voluminous cacoon, or draw in the waist with the fine tie belt. Alternatively, layer over trousers.
