HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

You can make a purchase by clicking on a product of your choice, selecting your size and quantity, and then clicking ADD TO CART. CART is located in the top right of your browser. Your CART will update with the number of products you click to purchase.

When you have finished browsing and are ready to Checkout, click on CART and then click on the CHECKOUT button located at the bottom of the drop-down. You will be taken to Checkout, which is a comprehensive listing of your selected products and the estimated total of your order.

During the Checkout process, you will be required to fill out your shipping and billing information. Mode Sportif Member details are automatically pre-filled. Once you have filled in your details, and selected your Shipping and Payment options, simply click on CHECKOUT to finalise your Mode Sportif purchase.

HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

Mode Sportif has a detailed size guide listed on each product page which includes Australian, American, European & other sizing. There are also detailed fit notes alongside pertaining to each product from our Mode Services team. Of course, if you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact the Mode Services team. CAN I MAKE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

Yes, it is possible to make an order by telephone. Simply call our Mode Services team on +61417001009 Monday- Friday from 9am to 5:30pm AEST. After providing us with the details of the item you wish to purchase as well as your contact, shipping and billing information, and completing our Credit Card Authentication process, we will process your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?

When you make a purchase at Mode Sportif as a guest, you will be prompted to create an account. You do not have to create an account to complete your purchase.

However, by registering for an account with Mode Sportif, you will be entitled to enjoy the below benefits:

    HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

    Most products on Mode Sportif are available to purchase. If your size is sold out, the ADD TO CART button will change to SOLD OUT. You can then nominate to receive a notification if the product becomes available again.

    WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

    If your size is out of stock, you can provide an email address to receive a notification if the product becomes available again.

    HOW DO I BOOK A PERSONAL STYLING SESSION?

    Mode Sportif provides a one-on-one personal styling session at the Mode Sportif showroom in Sydney, Australia. If you would like to schedule a personal styling appointment with a member of the Mode Services team please do so by email at customercare@modesportif.com or by telephone on +61417001009 Monday- Friday from 9am to 5:30pm (AEST).

    WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

    Mode Sportif offers free shipping within Australia for orders over $300. For shipping of all orders under $300 within Australia, Mode Sportif charges a flat rate of $10. For all other cities and regions within Australia, we offer a 1-4 business day delivery service from the time your order has been shipped.

    If you place your order before 1pm on Monday-Friday, we offer same day delivery within metro Sydney. Please note, the Same Day Shipping option must be selected at the checkout and an additional fee of $20 will be incurred. For Express Shipping to other cities and regions within Australia, please email customercare@modesportif.com.

    International orders have an expected delivery window of within 5-10 business days of dispatch. Shipping costs will be quoted according to your region and do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes internationally.

    WHAT COUNTRIES DOES MODE SPORTIF SHIP TO?

    If our shipping service is available in your Country, it will appear as an option at Checkout and is charged with a shipping calculator. Costs will vary depending on your region. Duties and taxes may be applicable at the country of destination.

    WHAT IS THE POLICY ON SIGNING FOR MY ORDER?

    All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. Should an ATR (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages. In the event a recipient is not available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to collect their package. 

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    You can track your order from within your Mode Sportif account once it has been dispatched. Your tracking details will also be delivered via email.

    CAN I AMEND AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    If you wish to change or amend your order after it has been placed please contact our Mode Services team either by email at customercare@modesportif.com or by telephone on +61417001009 Monday- Friday from 9am to 5:30pm (AEST) and we will endeavour to fulfil your request if your order has not already been dispatched.

    HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

    Mode Sportif gift cards can be purchased to the values below:

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

    Where the items fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, Mode Sportif is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. Exchange of items is subject to availability. Mode Sportif classifies items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if it is received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.

    HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Mode Sportif purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your items you may do so within 28 days

    To lodge a return request, click here or sign-in to your account. If your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and further directions via email. Once your return has been received, your refund or credit note will be processed. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.

    All items must be returned in original condition with all Mode Sportif swig tags and return tags attached.

    WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

    Mode Sportif will issue a refund to the original card used for purchase within 10 business days of receipt of a return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, but excluding shipping or return delivery costs. You can also elect to receive a credit note for return of your order, with complimentary return shipping.

    WHAT ABOUT A RETURN FROM A GIFT CARD?

    There are no returns of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.
