SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are currently dispatching all online orders daily (excluding public holidays). All orders will receive a dispatch confirmation email including a unique tracking number. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.
Australian Shipping
Standard Shipping
Mode Sportif offers free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $300. For shipping of all orders under $300 within Australia, Mode Sportif charges a flat rate of $10.
Delivery to most addresses is expected within 2-5 business days.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available within Australia. Express Shipping must be selected at checkout and a flat rate of $20 will be charged.
Delivery to Australian addresses using Express Shipping is expected within 2-3 days.
3 Hour Delivery
Mode Sportif offers urgent delivery within 3 hours to Sydney-Metro addresses.
Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday-Friday and the 3 Hour Shipping option must be selected at the checkout. Orders placed after 1pm using the 3 Hour Delivery service will be dispatched following day.
3 Hour Delivery is charged at a variable rate, calculated at checkout. Please note, signature on delivery is required. In the event the delivery cannot be received, a return charge + re-delivery charge will apply. Shipments cannot be cancelled after they have been collected by the courier.
Same-Day Shipping
All customers within metro Sydney are eligible to select Same Day Delivery. Orders must be placed before 11am Monday-Friday and the Same Day Shipping option must be selected at the checkout. Orders placed after 11am using the Same Day Shipping option will be dispatched following day.
Same day shipping is charged at a variable rate, calculated at checkout. Please note, signature on delivery is required. In the event the delivery cannot be received, a return charge + re-delivery charge will apply. Shipments cannot be cancelled after they have been collected by the courier.
Click & Collect
Orders are available for collection from our Double Bay boutique during store hours. Please note, pick-up from Double Bay must be selected during checkout. Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification via email that your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
Shipping
International shipping costs are quoted at the checkout and will vary according to the delivery region. International shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes internationally.
Taxes & Duties
Duties & taxes differ for each country and are not payable by Mode Sportif.
Please check with local customs authorities prior to any purchase to understand any duties & taxes an order may incur. These charges are payable by the customer when the goods arrive in the country.
Returns
Returns
Mode Sportif want you to love and wear your purchases. Therefore, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, Mode Sportif will supply a credit note or refund for return requests made within 21 days of the original order date. Please note, orders with sale items discounted at up to 50% off, or orders using a promotional code 20% or above, are eligible for return for a credit note only. Sale items with a discount of more than 50% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Mode Sportif cannot offer returns on earrings.
We offer four return resolutions:
1) Return any full price item for a refund to the original payment method. Please note, this option excludes sale items.
2) Credit note to 110% of the item/s purchase value. Please note, this option excludes sale items.
3) Credit note to 100% of the item/s purchase value. This option is applicable for sale items with a discount of less than 50%. Sale items with a discount of more than 50% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
4) Credit note to 110% of the item/s purchase price for item/s returned to a boutique by the customer personally. Please note, this option excludes sale items and does not apply to item returned via post or courier.
If your return request is approved, you will receive a Returns Authorisation and further directions on return shipping via email.

All items must be returned with their original packaging and with the RA number clearly noted. Any returned items without an RA will not be processed.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund or credit note will be processed.
