How do I contact Customer Care?
You can contact us via customercare@modesportif.com. We will respond to all enquiries until July 31, 2027.
When will I receive my order?
All outstanding orders will be dispatched by COB Friday 17 July and delivered via Australia Post in the business days following.
All orders will receive a dispatch confirmation email including a unique tracking number. All deliveries will require a signature. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by Australia Post.
How do I return or exchange an item?
All purchases made with discount of more than 20%, or orders placed from 12 July 2026 - 17 July 2026 are final.
We cannot offer a return or exchange for any purchases.
What is the status of my Gift Card?
All gift cards must be redeemed prior to closure on July 17, 2026. There are no returns of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.
We will not be providing cash return for gift vouchers not redeemed before closure.
