STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Mode Sportif offers free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $300. For shipping of all orders under $300 within Australia, Mode Sportif charges a flat rate of $10. Delivery to most addresses is expected within 1-4 business days from the time your order has been shipped.
Express shipping is available within Australia. Please note, Express Shipping must be selected at checkout and a fee of $20 will be charged. Delivery to most addresses using Express Shipping is expected within 1-2 days.
During Sale periods, some orders may be subject to shipping delays, with delivery expected within 1-5 business days after an order has been placed.
SAME DAY DELIVERY WITHIN SYDNEY METRO
All customers within metro Sydney are eligible for a same day delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm on Monday to Friday and you must select the Same Day Shipping Option. Same day shipping is charged at a flat fee of $20.
CONTACT-FREE COLLECTION FROM OUR SYDNEY BOUTIQUE
Orders are available for same-day collection from our Double Bay boutique, between 11am and 2pm Monday to Friday. Please note, pick-up from Double Bay must be selected during checkout.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email with instructions on how to collect your order, contact-free.

International orders have an expected delivery window of within 5-10 business days of dispatch. Shipping costs will be quoted according to your region and do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes internationally.
In accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A dispatch confirmation email including your unique tracking number will be sent for all orders so that you can track the progress of your delivery. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.
